Position: Restorative CNA

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement restorative care plans.
• Assist patients in performing specific exercises and activities as part of their rehabilitation.
• Monitor and document patients' progress in response to restorative interventions.
• Provide regular feedback to the nursing and rehabilitation teams regarding patient status.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the patient's comfort and well-being.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience or training in restorative care is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
